SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All orders at www.cuddlecare.in are shipped within 1-4 working days from when the order is received. It can take longer in case of orders placed on weekends or public holidays. If there is any delay in shipping, you will be informed via email/phone. The shipping tracking number will be updated on your order once your order has been shipped. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Cuddlecare offers free national shipping for orders above INR 899. 

For all orders lower than 899/-, a convenience charge of Rs. 70 will be applicable. Deliveries in Metro cities usually takes 3-5 working days and Non Metro & Remote destination might take longer depending on the destination. To ensure that your order reaches you on time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier services. Cuddlecare reserves the right to choose its courier partners based on pin code serviceability. Please note that due to COVID-19, delivery timelines may be impacted.

If you believe that the product is not received in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package and  mail us at contactcuddlecare@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Cuddlecare offers shipping to overseas customers too. However, shipping charges on international orders at actuals is to be paid by the customer based on weight of the product (s). The customer has to bear import/customs duties applicable in their own country. The amount is calculated at the checkout page. If there is a problem with this, please contact us on contactcuddlecare@gmail.com and we will help you with the shipping charges. Please note that orders once shipped CANNOT be modified. International deliveries will take between 6-15 days to reach the destination country, after which the delivery time will be dependent on the country’s customs procedures.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation is only possible if the order is cancelled before it has been shipped and the refund will be done within 5 to 7 days from the date of cancellation. In case of cancellation post shipment Rs 150 to Rs 200 will be deducted from the refund amount depending on the value and the type of products shipped. In this case the customer should deny the order when received and the refund will be generated within 5 to 7 working days after we have received the product. 

International orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If cancelled before shipping, refund will be done post deduction of applicable banking charges.

 

RETURN POLICY

All orders and goods at cuddle care are checked & reviewed thoroughly before dispatch. Since diapers fall in the hygiene product category, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless customer has received an incomplete/wrong order, OR if the product has a manufacturing defect (i.e tear, stains, stitched incorrectly). In any of the above cases, the correct order will be sent or replacement will be offered based on the nature of the issue. The defect MUST be brought to our notice within 24 hours of product receipt. It will be of great help if the customer can share pictures of the defect and their order receipt. In order to cancel or return an order you need to mail us on contactcuddlecare@gmail.com. The product should be unwashed and unused and with original packing. 

Please note that fabric wearables can show minor variations in print, color, snap buttons, stitching and cut from batch to batch. These variations however, do not affect the performance of the product as each product goes through multiple levels of quality checks to ensure that you only receive the best from us. Cuddlecare reserves the right to decide whether a problem is a defect or a nature of the product. 

Please note that COD orders are non-refundable. In such a case, only a replacement can be provided. Please note that a package cannot be opened unless the cash on delivery charges have been paid. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations and strive to give you the best service always. However, diapers fall under the hygiene product category and we not offer exchanges for the same. Although, if they are unwashed and unused, we might accept the exchange as an exception. Cuddlecare reserves the right to accept or reject requests for exchange. If we do accept exchange, the item/s has to be shipped to us by you. Upon the receipt of item/s, we shall ship other items of the same type/value or issue a credit note(coupon) of the equivalent amount.

Please note that Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled and that they do not qualify for refunds.
